Jerry Padgett

Jerry Lee Padgett, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at the age of 82. 

Jerry was born in Lumberton, MS, on June 21, 1942, to the late Walter Padgett and Althera Lott.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Eric Padgett (Monica) and Duane Padgett (Becky); daughter. Holly Settle (Jason); brothers, Paul Padgett and David Padgett (Bea); grandchildren, Madison Saffell (Bryan), Peyton Henry (Jakob), Connor Settle, Braden Settle, AJ Padgett, Ainslee Padgett, Wesley Settle, Aubrey Padgett, and Coleman Padgett; and great grandchild, James Saffell. 

Jerry was a member of First Baptist Church. He served and retired from the Air Force and was a member of the Gulf Coast Business Service for 10 years. 

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, in Gulfport, MS, at 10:00 AM, on Monday, June 30, 2025, for family members.
