Jeffery Lock

Jeffery V. Lock, age 43, of Long Beach, passed away on May 2, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Lock; his maternal grandparents, Edgar and Georgia Mae LaFrance; and his paternal grandparents, Otis and Clara Blackwell.

He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Talia Lock; his children, Aiden Gunter and Dalton Jeffery Lock; his father, Edward Lock and his wife, Shirley; his brother, B.J. Lock; a brother-in-law, Caleb Gunter; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Jeff was a life long resident of Long Beach where he was a proud graduate of Long Beach High School Class of 1995. He was employed at Allen Beverages in the Sales Department and Houchens Industries/Food Giant as a District Manager. He coached numerous youth sports teams over the years for Long Beach winning several championships. He was a LSU and Saints football enthusiast and he was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.

The family would like to thank their family, friends, the "Food Giant Family", LBSD and the Long Beach Community for their continued love and support. Jeff loved his family more than anything in this world. His greatest achievement in life are his boys.

A graveside service will be at 2:30 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2020, in the Long Beach City Cemetery.
