Jeff E. Seymour

Jeff E. Seymour, 73, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Seymour was a native of the Latimer Community and a resident of Gulfport. He served in the U. S. Army, stationed in Germany during the 1960's. He was employed with the Deer Ranch, C.E. Natco, Ingalls Shipyard and Swetman Security.
Mr. Seymour enjoyed fishing, hunting and golfing. His favorite hobby was operating his CB Radio. He was known as ""Nitro"" to all his CB friends throughout the CB world. He was a Mason and also a Shriner in the Clown Unit.
Papa Jeff was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved to make people smile and laugh. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Seymour was preceded in death by his mother, Katie Scarborough; his father, Jeff Howard Seymour; his grandmothers, Daisy Seymour and Vana Martin.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Charlotte A. Seymour; Children, Dalton Seymour (Sherrie), Richard J. Seymour (Melinda) and Shane Seymour (Toni); ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his CB brother, David Daur; and by his loving companion Buddy.
