Jeanette C. ""Moma Nette"" Cuevas, age 72, of Kiln, passed away on September 27, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Cuevas; parents, Andlous and Rena Peterson; son, Dwayne Ladner; daughters, Pamela Malley and Vanessa Ladner; and 3 siblings.
She is survived by her beloved Chihuahua, Babydoll; children, Randy Cuevas (Beverly), Tammy Haas (Donnie), LaRisa Fullerton (Roy), Deron Cuevas; son-in-law, Stevie Malley; siblings, Myrtle Mae Cuevas and Earis Peterson; grandchildren, Daven Blackmon, Deanna Ladner Swanier, Mason Fullerton, Dana Haas, Josh Cuevas, Caleb Cuevas, Michael Hoda, and Lana Daniels; and great-grandchildren, Cladrian Blackmon, Brogan Blackmon, Alexis Ladner, Kaley Dedeaux, Owen Shubert, Eden Cuevas, Holdyn Daniels, Tiffany Daniels, and Julie Ladner.
Moma Nette was a hard-working person, enjoyed crocheting, and was a great caretaker.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Shiloh Baptist Church in Kiln. A visitation for family and friends will be held 3 hours prior.
Burial will follow at Necaise Crossing Cemetery.
