Jeaneen D. Green, age 41, of Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

Jeaneen was a proud high school graduate who dedicated her life to caring for others. Throughout the years, she worked in home care, childcare, and as a cook, always serving those around her with compassion and kindness. One of her greatest accomplishments was becoming a foster parent, opening her heart and home to children in need and making a lasting difference in their lives.

Jeaneen was a woman of Christian faith whose love for others was evident in everything she did. She enjoyed cooking and catering for family and friends, shopping, traveling, listening to music, and spending time at family gatherings. She had a special place in her heart for helping animals, volunteering with food charities, supporting veterans, and caring for children in need. Her generous spirit, warm smile, and selfless nature touched countless lives.

She was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Joe Ann Mingo, and her great-grandmother, Lavern Jack.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving parents, Judy Green and Donald Lewis of Gulfport, Mississippi; her sister, Krystal Tagaloa (Josiah) of Belle Chasse, Louisiana; her beloved sons, Jeremiah Green and Deandre Green; her cherished niece and nephew, Marcus Deanda and Amaya Tagaloa; along with numerous other nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends who will forever treasure her memory.

Jeaneen will be remembered for her caring heart, unwavering generosity, and the unconditional love she shared with everyone she met. Her legacy of kindness and service will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Jeaneen loved and cared for everyone and will always remain in our hearts. Thank you all for attending today's service and assisting our family. The Green Family extends their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.
