Jean Belesky

Jean Belesky, age 89, of Biloxi, passed away on October 24, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ted Belesky; her parents; one brother, James Simpson; and one sister, Margaret Whittaker.
She is survived by her son, Darryl Belesky and his wife, Jackie of Biloxi, along with her granddaughter, Brittany Belesky of Biloxi; and several nephews.
She was born in Uppermill, England to Fred and Hilda Simpson. She eventually came to the United States to be with her husband at the time, who was a musician. She spent her career as a professional tap dancer until she had her son Darryl.
She spent the last 16 years volunteering at various organizations including the Merit Health Auxiliary, often referred to as  the "Pink Ladies" at Merit Health Hospital, in Biloxi, MS.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 from 8-9 AM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. Funeral services will be held at 9 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS. www.riemannfamily.com
