Jasper William Scarborough, age 74, of Saucier, passed away on April 11, 2023.
Mr. Scarborough was born in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident of Saucier. He worked for Harrison County Sand Beach Department and retired from the City of Pass Christian Public Works Department. He was a member of Saucier Holiness Church. He loved watching western shows on television and was an avid horseman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Scarborough; his father, William T. Scarborough; his mother and stepfather, Lucretia Dedeaux Scarborough Bond and R.L. Bond; sister, Kathy Turan; and infant brother, Darwell Bond.
Mr. Scarborough is survived by his children, Deana Harmer (Clayton), Jerry Wayne Scarborough, and Tracey Jackson (Jason); siblings, Judy Monroe, Buddy Scarborough, Jr., Brenda Corrigan (Jim), Joe Scarborough, Kim Hancock (Curtis), and Melanie O’Brien (Phillip); grandchildren, Michael Harmer (Kristen), Nicholas Harmer, Haley Williams, and Hayden Williams; and great grandchild, Trevor Harmer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023, from 12:30-2:00 pm at Saucier Holiness Church. Funeral services will follow in the church sanctuary at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Rouse Cemetery.
