Janice Chapman

Janice Madeda Chapman passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022, at the age of 76.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kolman and Eleanor Madeda; sister, Sharon Hamaguchi (Ken); stepfather, Henry Bramowicz; and stepdaughter, Cathy Kalchbrenner.

Janice is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Jack E. Chapman, children, Barbara Herndon (Bobby), Brenda Reynolds, Brian Chapman, and Scott Chapman; grandchildren, Richard Reynolds, Rebecca Reynolds and Amber Vasquez; nephew, Kenny Hamaguch; stepson-in-law Kerry Kalchbrenner.

Funeral services will be held in Chicago, IL at a later date.
