Jan Marie Webb

Jan Marie Webb, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on November 3, 2025. She was born on January 31, 1967, and lived a life marked by love, laughter, and cherished moments with family.

Jan was a simple and gentle woman whose joy was derived from the presence of her children and grandchildren. Her two sons, Shelby and James Hines, had a special talent for making her laugh, a sound that, to those fortunate enough to hear it, was a testament to her warm spirit. Jan's laughter was a gift, one that will be deeply missed by her husband, children, and grandchildren.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures. Poetry was a passion for Jan, as she loved to write her own verses that captured her thoughts and emotions. In addition to her literary pursuits, she enjoyed spending time fishing, antiquing, playing bingo, and relaxing on the porch while listening to the comforting sounds of chickens.

Jan is survived by her devoted husband of 28 years, Gregory Warren Webb, and her children: Kimothy Kennedy, Kameron Kennedy, Shelby Hines, James Hines, Gregory Webb, Chanel Webb, and James Webb. She was also a proud grandmother to her grandchildren: Mileigh Kennedy, Kensleigh Kennedy, Kealeigh Kennedy, Brooklynne Kennedy, Rylan Kennedy, Gregory Webb, Addiekate Webb, Forest Atwell, Bransen Webb, Maeleigh Webb, and Reed Ogrady. Additionally, Jan is survived by her siblings, George Courtney and Kenneth Courtney.

She was predeceased by her parents, Brenda Joyce Redmond and Daniel Newton Courtney, as well as her siblings, Daniel "Boone" Courtney, Brenda Morgan, Debra Rivers, Misty, and Robin Gollott.

Jan Marie Webb leaves behind a legacy of love and joy that will forever echo in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be dearly missed but fondly remembered for her gentle spirit, laughter, and the light she brought to the lives of her family and friends.
