James ""Jamie"" A. Odom, Jr., age 47 and a resident of Saucier, died on Monday, December 8, 2014, in Gulfport.
Jamie was a lifelong resident of Saucier and an active member of the ALS Support Group. He was a mechanic, loved automobiles and racing cars. Jamie was a very out-going and caring person who never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ellen Odom; three infant sisters and one infant brother.
Jamie is survived by his father, James Odom, Sr. of Saucier; his children, Matthew Odom, Nathan Odom and Marissa Odom all of D'Iberville; his fianceÌe, Rosie Tomalis of Saucier and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014, from 5:30pm until 8pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014, at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Saucier Cemetery.
