James Irving "Butch" Morgan, age 72, of Gulfport, passed away on January 25, 2018.
Butch was born in Meridian, MS on April 26, 1945 and lived most of his life in Gulfport and in Ruskin, FL where he owned and managed Morgan's Ace Hardware stores.
He is preceded in death by his father, Maurice C. Morgan and his mother, Eva Jewell Morgan.
Butch is survived by his children, Mike, Danny, and Suzanne, 2 grandsons, Daniel and Christopher, a great grandson, Easton; and a brother, Maurice "Skeeter" Morgan, Jr.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 am on Monday, January 29, 2018, in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
