James Gaunt, Jr.

James W. Gaunt, age 70 of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Williams and Opal Williams; and a sister, Teresa June Thornton.

James is survived by the love of his life, Sylbia Stewart; siblings, Neena Montz, Sarah Henry, Henry Williams, Randy Williams, Michael Williams, and Roy Williams.

James worked as a Security Guard and his hobbies include working in the yard and going to church. He was a member of Russell Baptist Church in Meridian, MS and Living Word Church in Quitman. James was a very sweet, loving man, brother, and friend to all.
