James E. "Jimmy" Dykes

James E. ""Jimmy"" Dykes, age 46, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 after a lengthy illness.
Mr. Dykes was a native of Gulfport. He worked previously at Robert Bertucci Acoustical & Drywall and more recently as a Foreman at F.L. Crane and Sons until his health required him to retire. Jimmy will be remembered for his love of fishing and riding his Harley. Jimmy was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James ""Eddie"" Dykes and his sister, Linda Elizabeth Dykes Recore. Survivors include his wife, Rose Dykes; his mother, Mary Nell Dykes; his two sons, Shawn Dykes and Daniel Burrus & Heidi; three siblings, Rhonda Landry, Mary Butler (Sammy), and Troy Dykes; two grandchildren, Missy and Savannah; and numerous nieces and nephews who were very close to Jimmy and loved him like a dad.
