James M. Doyle, age 86 and a resident of Gulfport, died on Saturday, October 4, 2014, in Gulfport.
Mr. Doyle was a native of Eureka, CA and had been a resident of Gulfport since 1963. He retired as a Chief Master Sergeant with the United States Air Force after 34 years of service, having served in the Vietnam War. He then retired from Keesler Federal Credit Union as Vice President of Human Resources and also served on the Board of Directors. Mr. Doyle was a member of Campground Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William C. & Ida Debeni Doyle.
Mr. Doyle is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 56 years, Patrice Doyle of Gulfport; his children, Lynell Raley and Darlene Ladner of Gulfport, Jim (Patty) Doyle of Dallas, TX and Angela (Brian) Sherwood of Gulfport and his granddaughter, Bridget (Alex) O'Neal of Starkville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at 12:45pm at Campground Baptist Church, 20577 Highway 53 in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, served the family.
