James ""Randy"" Carter Sr., age 55, a resident of Long Beach passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
He is preceded in death by his father, James K. Carter; and his sister, Cathy Carter.
Randy is survived by his mother, Lois Carter of Long Beach; his children, Lisa Ponthieux of Saucier, and James Carter of Gulfport; and his siblings, Ralph Carter, Wesley Carter and Roger Carter all of Pass Christian.
Randy is a roofer by trade. He loved pool and playing on his computer.
