Jacob Smith

Jacob ""Jake"" Smith, age 81, of Waveland, passed away on August 31, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his son, William Vincent Smith, his parents, William and Viola Smith, and 3 grandchildren, Billy Smith, Jr., Terry Smith, and Nevaeh Cuevas.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Billie Ruth Smith, 6 children, Daniel and Debra Smith, Jerry and Victoria Smith, Helen and Paul Sullivan, Billy and Susan Smith, Jody and Kelly Smith, and Johanthon Alexander Smith, 35 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
He loved to go to church and was a prayer warrior. He loved visiting people.
The visitation will be on Thursday, September 3, 2015, from 12 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Waveland City Cemetery.
