Jackie Judy, age 70, of Gulfport, MS, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2016 at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, MS after an extended illness, with her husband, Ed and daughter, Chloe at her side. She was born April 11, 1945 in Hartford, AL.
As a devoted, loving and military spouse, she traveled with her husband and resided at various locations throughout the United States and abroad, but called Gulfport home for the last 35 years. Jackie was a dedicated DOD civilian employee as well, working in various positions for the Department of the Navy and Air Force, and retiring from the Human Resources Service Center Southeast, Stennis Space Center, MS on February 28, 2013.

She was a loving, giving person who will be remembered for her big, beautiful smile (until the very end); a loving heart; boundless energy; fantastic cook; and working always to bring lost souls to our Lord Jesus Christ. She never met a stranger or missed an opportunity to share the love of the Lord and to pass out her little red ""prayer cloths"". She was a member of Bel Aire Baptist Church in Gulfport.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, George Fletcher Wilkins and Carrie Iona (White) Wilkins; and a brother, James Wilkins.
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Edward ""Ed"" Judy; daughters, Donna Lynn (James) Conn, Jennifer (Judy) Hardin, and Chloe Judy; son, Donnie James; brothers, Walter ""Dinky"" Wilkins and Joby Wilkins; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a dear friend and caregiver, Sophie Davis; numerous other relatives and friends; and her four-legged companion, Angel.
