Jack Regan Ritchie

May 12, 1977 — May 7, 2016

Jack Regan Ritchie, 38, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Saturday, May 7th as a result of injuries he sustained from a motorcycle accident that day. He was born in Gulfport, MS, on May 12th, 1977, and was the second child and only son of Abby Kim (Bell) and Charles ""Charlie"" Leonard Ritchie, Jr.
As a young man and all throughout his adult life, Jack was always active and fun to be around. He enjoyed playing sports, hunting, fishing, camping and anything that involved being outdoors. He spent most of his working life in the oil fields and construction industry as a welder and a foreman.
Jack was a very skilled worker, with a big heart and a personality to match. He could fix almost anything he puts his hands to, he loved working hard and figuring out how things operate, and never hesitated to offer help to someone in need. He also enjoyed bringing a smile to someone's face or a laugh to someone's day whenever he got the chance. He is survived by his sister, Regina Walker, niece, Erika Scarengos, and his two great nephews, James and Jaxon Scarengos, along with numerous other family members and friends that loved him and will cherish his memory.
