Jack L. Davis

Jack L. Davis, 69, of Gulfport Mississippi passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2016. Mr. Davis was born in Peoria, Illinois on October 18, 1946 to Harold Austin Davis and Judith Frances (Belk) Davis. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a Vietnam veteran. He was employed at Amoco Oil in Texas City, Texas for 40 years and retired in Mississippi. He loved his family and enjoyed working outside in the yard and traveling with his wife.
Jack is survived by his wife, Mary Helen (Brodzinski) Davis of 49 years; two sons, John Lawrence Davis, Jason Ross Davis and his wife Paula Davis; his daughter Julianna Davis Holdenbach and her husband Jeffrey J. Holdenbach; six grandchildren, Andrew, Taylor, Katelyn, Mary, Christian and Haley; one great granddaughter, Emily, and many loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 12 Noon until the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 9th at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
