Irma Jean Mitchell, 80, of Gulfport, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015.
Mrs. Mitchell was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Henry Holden, her husband, 2 brothers and 5 sisters including her twin sister Imajean.
Survivors, whom she loved greatly, include her daughters, Anita Trotter and Karen Shaw (Sonny); 5 sisters; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Mrs. Mitchell was a native of Panola County, MS and a long time resident of the coast. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 16th from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m., at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach. The online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com
