Hilda L. Hayden, age 85, of Pass Christian, passed away on September 4, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Christian D. Hayden, her parents, John B. and Leler Ladner, 3 sisters, Alice Blackwell, Violetta Faye, and Ellender Faye, and her brother, John Ladner.
Survivors include her son, Lee (Janis) Hayden, 2 grandchildren, Christian Hayden and Noel Hayden, 2 siblings, Rita (Thomas) Reece, and J.D. (Diana) Ladner, and a niece, Debbie Faye.
Mrs. Hayden was a native of Hancock County and graduated from Kiln High School in 1949. She was a long time resident of Pass Christian and was a strong willed woman who believed in doing anything to help out her family and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, September 8, 2016, from 1 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian. The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery @ Rotten Bayou.
