Herman "Steve" McNair

Herman ""Steve"" McNair, age 65, of Saucier, passed away peacefully in his home on October 28, 2016. Born in Mississippi, he lived most all of his life on the Gulf Coast. He worked very hard in the telecommunications industry to provide all he could for his wife, three children and two grandchildren before retiring from Lucent after 30+ years of service. He was taken before he could live some of his dreams of crossing the Pacific and seeing New Zealand and more of the beauty in the world.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Jewel Seymour; step father, Reginald Seymour; father, Herman J. McNair; sister, Donna Parker; and daughter Paula Keis.
Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years Carolyn McNair; children Mandy Sando and her husband Jacob, Brian McNair and his wife Sarah; sister, Deborah Duckworth and her husband Jerry; grandchildren Baileigh Hall, Aden Sando and Alexander Keis; and his faithful pet pug, Max.
