Herman Mccall

Herman P. McCall, age 97 and a resident of Gulfport, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. McCall had been a resident of Gulfport for the past 44 years. He was an avid baseball fan and fisherman. Mr. McCall was a Mason and a member of the Joppa Temple Shriners. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and paw-paw who had a great sense of humor.
Mr. McCall is preceded in death by his parents, Duncan Dent & Annie Ferguson McCall; his loving wife of 49 years, Dorothy Wilson McCall; and five brothers.
He is survived by his daughter, Vickie M. Scull and her husband Jim of Gulfport; his sons, George P. McCall and his wife Betsy of Ocean Springs and Dennis A. McCall and his wife Kathy of Gulport; his grandchildren, Steven McCall of Gulfport, Mikki McCall of Baton Rouge, LA and Holly Allemand and her husband Chad of Gulfport; his great grandchild, Caleb of Gulfport and his sister, Sarah Martin of Yazoo City.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 1:00pm at THE RIEMANN FAMILY'S Gulf Coast Funeral Home, Three Rivers Road Chapel in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach with military honors.
