Henry Honore St. Paul

Henry Honore St. Paul, Jr., (age 89 ) passed away peacefully on November 1, 2015. He was born in New Orleans, LA., to Henry Honore St. Paul and Gladys Eugenie Cooper on June 30, 1926. He attended Holy Name of Jesus School, Jesuit High School, and was graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1944, he joined the US Navy and served for two years. At Tulane, he was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He received his MBA from The A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2008 at age 81, making him one of the oldest persons in Tulane's history to earn an MBA. He is a member of several Mardi Gras organizations and the Pass Christian Yacht Club.
Henry is predeceased by his parents Henry and Gladys, and daughter, Eugenie. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 65 years, Helen Christ St. Paul, his brother, Roy, wife Bonnie and sister, Barbara Provosty and his eight children including daughter Julie, her husband Bob Albright, daughter Ashley Harris Smith; son Henry Honore St.Paul III, his wife Jennifer, sons Henry and William, and daughter Jennifer Leigh; daughter Lisa, her husband Richard Hudson, daughter Kristin, and son Chase; son Dunbar, his wife Katharine, daughters Katie, her husband James and daughters Parker and Landers, Carey and Mary Ann; son Chris, his wife Jeanne, daughters Laine and Lauren, and son Merritt; son Rene, his wife Liz, son Penn, and daughters Courtland and Campbell; daughter Coco, her husband Todd Johnson, sons Todd Jr. and Cole, daughter Sarah; son Cort, his wife Ingrid, daughters Catherine and Claire.
Beyond all of his many accomplishments, Henry will be remembered by those who knew him for his exceptional integrity, his kindness, and most of all for his love of God and family. There will be a visitation at noon on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 444 Metairie Rd., Metairie, LA., 70005. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. A reception will immediately follow at the home of Coco and Todd Johnson, 229 Rosa Ave., Metairie, LA., 70005.
On Thursday, November 5, 2015, a visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Chapel at St. Paul, 140 East Beach, Pass Christian, MS., 39571. The Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment with military honors will follow at Live Oak Cemetery in Pass Christian. Following the Burial Ceremony, a reception will be held at the home of Bonnie and Roy St. Paul, 117 Fairway Dr., Pass Christian, MS., 39571.
