Helene Marie (Roberts) Stickney, a resident of Ft. Myers, FL formerly of Cranston, RI passed away on April 30, 2018 in Biloxi, MS at the age of 87.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond F. and Margaret A. Roberts.
Helene is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Kenneth J. Stickney; her son Kenneth J. Stickney Jr. (Jane); one daughter, Margaret (Peggy) Farrar (John); two grandchildren, William L. Lamey and Beth A. Lamey.
Helene was employed with the Cranston School district for many years and retired as secretary over 20 years ago. She was President (retired) of Cranston School Clerk's Union, and after retirement moved with her husband Kenneth to Ft. Myers, FL., where they lived for over 10 years, then recently moved to Biloxi, MS to be with their daughter.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi at a later date, with Interment following at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to The Little Sisters of the Poor, Pawtucket, RI.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at Washington Ave. in West Jackson County is serving the family.
