Helen Marie Jarvis

Helen Marie Jarvis was born on September 1, 1923 in Picayune, MS and passed from this life to be with her Savior on November 13, 2013.
Affectionately known as Ree, she was a lady of the utmost grace and character. She spent most of her working life as a bookkeeper but her biggest accomplishment and joy was being a loving wife, mother and friend. She loved deeply and was well loved in return by all her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Jarvis, her grandson ""Biff"" Jarvis, and four of her eight siblings: Jack, Clifford and Larry Stewart, and Mildred McIntosh.
She is survived by her family: son Bob Jarvis and his wife Debbie, son Bill Jarvis and his wife Karyn; grandchildren Patrick Jarvis and his wife Suzanne, Lanelle Fry and her husband Paul, Pam Barr, Chris Barr, great-grandchildren Will Jarvis, Camile Jarvis, Rylee Fry, Ashley Fry; siblings Donnie Stewart and his wife Anona, Bobby Stewart and his wife Sylvia, Joyce Gresham and Brenda Bowen, along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be directed to CafeÌ 1040, the ministry her grandson serves with. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, with a visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Pascagoula, 902 Live Oak Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567. Interment will follow at Griffen Cemetery in Moss Point, MS.
