Hazel Parker Ross, age 79 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Saturday, June 13, 2009, in Pass Christian.
Mrs. Ross was a native of Greenville, AL and a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast area. She retired from Vanity Fair in Bayou LaBatre, AL. Mrs. Ross was a loving and devoted disciple of Christ, and has gone Home to be with her family, especially, her mom.
Mrs. Ross is preceded in death by her parents, Marion & Alma Sharp Parker; her husband, George Ross; her four sisters, Mary, Frances, Helen, and Odessa and her brother, Bill.
She is survived by her children, Nickey (Shirley Jean) Bosarge of Carriere, Mickey (Debbie) Bosarge of Texas, Rickey (Cathy) Bosarge of Virginia, Adina (Roger) Etheridge of Gulfport, Jimmy Bosarge of Alabama, Marion (Cathy) Bosarge of Alabama, and Vicki (David) Reece of Virginia; her brother-in-law, Capsy Courtney of Saraland, AL; 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2009, from 1-3pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at 2:00pm at Pine Crest Funeral Home in Mobile, AL, where friends may visit 2 hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery.
