Harvis N. Cuevas

Harvis N. Cuevas, 84, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends.
Mr. Cuevas was born to Hosey J. Cuevas and Lena Moran Cuevas. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Ronald H. Cuevas, Sr.; and his granddaughter, Kory R. Bakewell.
He is survived by his three children: daughter, Vickie Mantzke (Craig) of Ute Park, New Mexico; son, Michael E. Cuevas (Lisa) of Lizana; his daughter, Janine Cuevas (Helen Grant) of Waveland; his grandchildren: Ronald H. Cuevas, Jr. of Lizana, Brandis Cuevas (Jason Page) of Lizana, Olivia Hewitt of Edmond, Oklahoma and Fisher Hewitt of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and great-grandchildren: Lakyn Cuevas, Dalton Cuevas, Chayton Page and Jaseigh Page.
Mr. Cuevas was a veteran of the U.S. Army from 1950 to 1953, serving in Korean war. He was retired from the Harrison County Sheriff Dept. and worked part-time at Fazzios Feed Store. His #1 hobby and past-time was raising long horn cattle.

Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 17th at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, Pass Christian.
