Harriet Lucille Bleier Mason

Harriet Lucille Bleier Mason, born in Kansas City MO, and longtime resident of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Good Friday, April 18, 2025.

She will always be remembered as a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Aunt and friend.

She is preceded in death by her father, William Michael Bleier and her mother, Nellie Francis Young; her beloved husband, Hollis Guy Mason; her sisters, Twylene Bethard, Opal King, Shirley Markle; and her brothers, Orval Grossnicle and Virgil Bleier. She had a strong faith and wanted everyone to know Jesus as their personal savior. Harriet was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Indian Trails, NC

Harriet is survived by her children, Vivian Renee (Richard) Hunt and Rex (Teresa) Mason; her sister, Sharon Reid of Lee Summit, MO; and her adored grandchildren, Hollis (Brandy) Mason of Purvis, MS; Holly Eaton of Purvis, MS, Daniel Hunt, of Provo, UT, Mandy Hunt of Australia, and Christine (Austin) Hunt of Crestview, FL; and her four great-grandchildren, Sophia, Fletcher, Kimberly and Olivia.

The family would like to give special thanks to DeAnna, Reverand Dianne, and Helani of Enhabit Hospice. Your loving care and compassion given during her final days, will never be forgotten.
