Harold Lee Osborn, of Biloxi, MS, born February 18, 1956, passed away on March 30, 2016 after a short battle with cancer.
Harold worked at the Broadwater Marina in Biloxi for over 31 years where he had the pleasure of holding the title of Harbor Master from 1995 until 2005 when the Broadwater Marina was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. He spent his later years working for Balfour Beatty, until the time he got sick in February 2016.
Harold is preceded in death by his mother and father, Lenna Summers and Harold Osborn, Sr.; and step father, Jack Summers.
Harold is survived by his wife and love of 30 years, Kathy Osborn of Biloxi, MS; step father, Donald Cox of Walbash, Indiana; two sisters, Shari Summers of D'Iberville, MS, Kristi (Bryan) Boudreaux of Biloxi, MS; step daughter, Tricia (Jeff) York of Gulfport, MS; step son Travis (Brandi) Burgess of Cross Lanes, WV; four grandchildren, Aaron ""Caleb"" Robinson of Gulfport, MS, Katelynn Burgess of Cross Lanes, WV, Evan York of Diamondhead, MS, Chandlor York of Diamondhead, MS; two nieces Amanda Alford and Brittany (Glenn) Goss, two nephews, BJ Boudreaux and Kristopher Boudreaux, three great nephews Gage, Gunner and Gatlin, sister in law Judee Weese of Nitro, WV, brother in law David (Nancy) Cooper of Olive Branch, MS and his two fur babies Lil Man and Layla Grace.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Michael Memorial Baptist Church in Gulfport. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society or the Liver Foundation. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 274 Beauvoir Road Biloxi is serving the family.
