Glen Edwin Craft 84, of Long Beach, MS, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. He will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
Glen, better known as Ed, was born November 30,1940, in Mize, Mississippi. Glen was the son of Oree Craft and Lexie Tanner Craft. Glen loved the Lord and was a born-again Christian. Throughout his life, he grew closer to his Lord and Savior.
Glen was proud to serve in the Military in the Air Force for many years. Glen had a passion for trucking, traveling across the United States and countryside visiting every state as an avid trucker and loved what he did.
Glen always had a humor about him and loved to make people laugh.
Glen was very passionate about hamm radios which became a hobby to him. Glen always had a big heart and a love for animals. He loved training horses and showing horses at horse shows. Glen also loved country music, and his favorite spot was Branson, Missouri.
Preceding Glen’s death was his wife: Shelbie Jean Smith Pickering Craft; and his first wife, Margarete Rae Craft; father, Oree Craft; mother, Lexie Tanner Craft; brother, Charles David Craft; and daughter, Regina.
Survivors include a sister, Billie Diane Campbell; his daughter, Debbie; a niece, Melissa Craft Crowson and niece Lisa Hearn; his stepson, James Stephen (Steve) Pickering (Bridget Pickering); and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends are invited to join the family for visitation and services on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach, Mississippi. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM with the funeral service following at 11 AM.
The funeral procession will depart at 11:45 AM, going to Biloxi National Cemetery, where a graveside service will be held at 12:30 PM with military honors rendered by the United States Air Force.
