Gladys Louise Bennett Clutts, age 88, of Gulfport, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.
Mrs. Clutts was born to Benjamin and Adella Bennett in Duck Hill, MS. She was co-owner of Clutts Conoco in Gulfport, was retired from the Milk of Magnesia plant, and was an expert seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.W. Clutts, and her parents. She was the last living child out of thirteen.
She is survived by her children, Marilyn Boyd (Jerry) Carpenter of Gulfport, and Wanda C. (Larry) Brown of Gulfport. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lari Ann (Eric) O'Rourke of Gulfport, Scott (Christi) Boyd of Gulfport, Jody (Tara) Boyd of Jupiter, FL, and Brandon Chase Brown of New Orleans; seven great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2015, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, from Noon until 2:00 pm.
Services will be in the chapel at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
