George "Jimmy" Donald

George Edward “Jimmy” Donald, age 82, passed away on April 28, 2022 in Biloxi, MS.

He was born in New Augusta, MS to Joseph E. Donald and Eula Mae Savage Donald.

He enjoyed racing, working on racecars, watching western movies and reading western novels. He retired from DuPont Chemical after 25 years of service, where he worked in Electrical Distribution. He touched many lives and was an inspiration to many through his great wisdom and character

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Thomas Edgar Donald.

Survivors include 3 children, Joseph Alan Donald (Sheryl) of Biloxi, Rachel Ann Meadows of Long Beach, Richard Morris Donald (Barbara) of Long Beach; wife, Brenda Davis Donald; stepson Bryan Rammel (Joanna); sister, Mary Sue Stewart (Al) of Theodore, AL; sister in-law, Frances Ray Donald of Conyers, GA; 7 grandchildren, James Jake Donald, Michael Wayne Baugh, Jr., Melissa Dawn Baugh, Kaitlin Michael Baugh, Erin Leigh Meadows, Zachary Wayne Donald, Olivia Lee Donald; 4 step-grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., with visitation starting at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Gulfport, MS. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport.
