George S. Walker III, 77 passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014 in Long Beach, MS.
Mr. Walker is preceded in death by his parents, Eva May and George S. Walker Jr. and his sister, Darlene (Walker) Voght. He is survived by his children Dody (Walker) DiMuzio, George S. Walker IV, Guy G. Walker, Gregg A. Walker, Glenn D. Walker, Fay (Walker) McDaniel, Lisa (Hoy) Pugliese, and Kim (Hoy) Baker; his sister Donna (Walker) Turk; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Mr. Walker was born in 1936 in Sleightsburgh, New York; he was an Ulster County resident before moving to his beloved mountain in Andes, NY. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Mr. Walker retired from Hercules/Dyno Nobel after 32 years of service.
