George E. ""Tippie"" Triplett, age 82, of Saucier, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.
Tippie was born in Maryland to John A. and Mary Virginia Sentz Triplett. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was the owner of Triplett Tire Disposal. He had a strong work ethic and was a member of All By Grace Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Triplett; and his siblings, Herbert M. ""Pete"" Triplett, Arthur William ""Sonny"" Triplett, Thomas Albert ""Tommy"" Triplett, Martin Edward ""Porky"" Triplett, Johnny Triplett, Virginia M. Ladner, and Bessie S. Kubik.
He is survived by his children, David A. Triplett (Joy) of Saucier, and Debra S. Triplett; his grandson, Lance D. Triplett; and an extended family.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at Wolf River Cemetery, at 3:00 p.m.
