Gary TateTilley Sr., age 62, and a resident of Saucier, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 in Gulfport.
Preceded in death by his father, Milford Tilley; mother, Geneive Tate; step-father, Willie Tate; and brother, Roy Tate.
Survivors include children: Geneive V. Strauch (Terry), Gary C. Tilley Jr. (Camilla), Maxine M. Khan (Kenneth), Dorothy M. Tilley-Midgett (Robert L.), and Colleen Marie Holland (Edward); siblings, Genny K. Wedgeworth, Judy Lightner (Eric) and Jimmy D. Cruthirds; 8 Grandchildren, Victoria A. Phelps, Shawn Taylor Holland, Lilly Ann Holland, Candace Lynn Clement, Justin Clement, Chadd Micheal Martin, Wade Garrett Strauch and Justice Z. Strauch; and the mother of his children, Mary Busby.
Gary was a truck driver for the City of Gulfport. He attended Campground Baptist Church and he loved hunting, fishing, wrestling and country music.
Service on Monday, Oct. 22 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. Burial at Saucier Cemetery.
