Gary C. Reeves, Jr, age 88, of Gulfport, passed away on March 22, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Myrna Lois Clark Reeves; his parents, Gary C. Reeves, Sr. and Ruby Williams Reeves; and 2 sisters, Ann Eddins and Minnie Gay McClesky.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Reeves; 2 children, David G. Reeves (Susan B. Reeves), and Vicki L. Mock; 3 grandchildren, Taylor G. Reeves, Monique Oates, and Chase Johnson; 2 great-grandchildren, Nina Oates and Adam Johnson; special friend, Willie Cates; and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Reeves served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He owned and operated Reeves Plumbing Company over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, farming, going to the mountains, and working hard.
Visitation will be on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 10 am - 12 noon at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A prayer service will be at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Finley Cemetery.
