Gary Ray Haslett, age 63 and a resident of Gulfport, MS, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, in Gulfport.
Mr. Haslett was a longtime resident of Beecher City, IL and had been a resident of Gulfport for the past 8 years. He was a graduate of Brownstown High School and Rainkin Diesel Mechanic School. He was owner/operator of a construction and boring business for over 34 years.
He is survived by his parents, Louis & Bonnie Haslett; his children, Shane Haslett and Trevis Haslett both of Beecher City, IL, Jamie Haslett (Ken) Tyrrell of Madison, AL and Collin Bishop of Illinois; his brothers, Larry (Libby) Haslett of Fort Benning, GA and Brad (Fan) Haslett of Memphis, TN; his sister, Charlene (Steve) Case of Moweaqua, IL and five grandchildren, Curtis, Angel, Eliza, Mick, and Hank.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, MS, is serving the family.
