G. ""LeRoy"" Deason, age 84, passed away August 1, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Giles and Eugenia Cleo Deason.
LeRoy is survived by his Long Beach family, Robert and Brenda Trehern, Bobby and Sandy Trehern, Brad and Amanda Trehern, Lisa and Darren Tillman, all of Long Beach, and Tracy and Angie Trehern of Gulfport; numberous nieces and nephews; and his friends at First Baptist Church in Long Beach.
LeRoy was a unique person who appreciated the small things in life, a simple person who deeply loved and cared for everyone. He worked in numerous places throughout Long Beach, including Pasqualles, McDonald's, A&P (Save A Center), Choice, and Rouses. LeRoy loved playing cards, dominoes and enjoyed visiting at the Long Beach Senior Center. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach from 12:00pm-1:00pm, with a service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Long Beach Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Long Beach Senior Center, 20257 Daugherty Rd., Long Beach, MS 39560.
