Frank "Pete" Simmons

Frank (Pete) Simmons Sr. was born November 18, 1929 in Gulfport MS. He went to Heaven on October 2, 2015.
Pete is survived by his wife Lula of 59 plus years; his son, Frank (Eddie) and daughter-in-law, Karen.
Pete worked as a roofer and sheet metal mechanic for over 30 plus years at the Gulfport CB Base. He was a member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Pete enjoyed every day he was given. He was a good husband, father, and friend. He will be missed but seen again one day.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015, at 2pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road in Long Beach, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Wolf River Cemetery.
