Frank Willard Breazeale, 58, of Pass Christian, died February 9, 2024, at his home.

He was born August 20, 1965, in Waynesboro, MS, to Phillip Breazeale and Peggy (Waller) Breazeale.

Frank was a US Army Paratrooper from 1986-1988 in the 82nd Airborne Division, 505th Battalion, 2nd Charlie Company. From 1988-1993, he served in the Mississippi National Guard, 624th Quartermaster Company, and was deployed to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Shield. He qualified as an M16 Expert and Hand Grenade Sharpshooter and earned the Army Service Ribbon. He was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, and Army Parachute Badge. He also received the Mississippi Longevity Medal and the Mississippi War Medal.

He was a music aficionado, an avid gamer, and had achieved his lifelong dream of living carefree on his beloved MS Gulf Coast in the months preceding his death.

He received his AAS in Computer Applications from American Military University and worked as an IT Specialist/Systems Analyst for Safelite, Austal, and Windstream before retiring in 2023.

Frank is survived by his siblings, Mechelle Walker of Coker, AL, Jackson Breazeale of Philadelphia, MS, and Lyn (Patrick) Smith of Coker, AL. His nieces and nephews, Katherine (Matt) Pogue, Lauren (Chase) Gilliam, Sydney (Jon) Achatz, Jackson Smith, Max Walker, Natalie Breazeale, and Maddy Smith will cherish his memory, as will his 2 grandnieces and grandnephew. He also leaves behind his loyal GSD service companion, Zeus.

He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents Denson and Max Breazeale, and maternal grandparents, C.O. and Estelle Waller.

Frank will be interred at Biloxi National Cemetery in a private service. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
