Frances Carella

Frances P. Carella, age 74, of Biloxi, passed away on March 11, 2015, at Memorial Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her one sister-in-law, Dianna M. Carella.
She is survived by a brother, Joseph V. Carella and his wife, Jane of Collegeville, Pennsylvania; a sister, Elsie Carella of California; two nephews, Joseph P. Carella of Telford, Pennsylvania, and Anthony V. Carella and his wife, Laura of Perkasie, Pennsylvania; and two great nieces, Melanie Welsh and Olivia Carella, both of Perkasie.
She was born on September 4, 1940, to Leo and Jeanne (McFarlan) Carella in Abington, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Cheltenham High School in 1958 and began her banking career shortly thereafter. After moving to the Gulfport/Biloxi area in the early 1990's, she continued in the banking industry and was employed by Hancock Bank. Following her retirement from Hancock Bank, she was employed by McDonalds where she served in many different capacities. Frances was a life-long lover of dogs and cared for many different breeds throughout her life. She was also an avid golfer and could be found on many beautiful days enjoying 9 or 18 holes of golf.
