Frances Benefield, born August 15, 1927, of Gulfport, left her earthly home on Monday, November 18, 2013.
Mrs. Benefield was born to Walter and Anna Green. She was a member of Fernwood Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Benefield, Sr.; her parents; her son, David Benefield; grandson, Ray Jones III; one brother and six sisters.
She is survived by her son, William E. Benefield, Jr. (Victoria); her two daughters, Susan Jones (Ray) and Mary Yanes (Gene); seven Grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
