Forest Alvin Eubank was born on March 11, 1957, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and later moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he spent much of his childhood. Growing up in Birmingham, Forest developed a deep passion for music. Along with friends, he formed a singing group and took great pride in their talent. He also valued health and fitness and especially enjoyed riding his bicycle.
As a teenager, Forest relocated to Biloxi, Mississippi, where he graduated from Biloxi High School. Throughout his life, he achieved much both personally and professionally. He served his country through his enlistment in the United Sates Army. He worked for many years as a welder at Ingalls Shipbuilding, a role that reflected his strong work ethic and skill. Forest furthered his education by earning an Associate of Science degree from Virginia College and later shared his knowledge and experience as an instructor at Goodwill Industries.
Forest loved the Lord and was devoted to strengthening his relationship with God. His faith was an important part of his life and guided him in all he did. Forest was called to his eternal home on January 3, 2026, at the age of 68.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Harrietta Carr Harris; his father, Norman Wyatt Eubank, Sr.; his stepfather, Henry Harris; his grandmothers, Addie Polk Carr and Mariene Quaries; and a brother, Norman Wyatt Eubank, Jr.
Forest leaves to cherish his memories his brother, Johnny L. Harris of Biloxi, MS; his sisters, Anita H. Scott and Denise H. Manning both of St. Martin, MS; his nieces, Constance H. Krohn of St. Martin, MS, and Erykah M. (Tamara) Dewitt of D’Iberville, MS, and a nephew, Joshua F. Manning of St. Martin, MS.
