Florence was born on July 16, 1949 in Baguio City, Philippines. She graduated high school in Quincy, MA before moving to London, England to study nursing. She worked for St Bartholomew's Hospital in London as an operating room nurse. Florence passed away suddenly in Long Beach, Mississippi while visiting family.
She is survived by her mother, Elena Comicho of Long Beach, MS; two sisters and two brothers; several nieces and nephews.
