Flora Elizabeth Powell Ladner

Flora Elizabeth Powell Ladner, age 92, passed away May 20, 2013 in Pass Christian. She was born December 30, 1920 in Baxterville, MS.
Mrs. Ladner was preceded in death by her husband, Neville Ladner; her daughter, Ellen Yolanda Ladner; her father, Willie Powell; her mother, Annie Powell; her sisters, Hettie Ward, Maude Lambert, and Elva Ford; her brothers, Bob Powell, Jim Powell, Adolf Powell, Emmett Powell, Ross Powell, Hubert Powell, Jr., Doyle Powell, Reese Powell, Huey Powell, Floyd Powell, Pete Powell and Wade Powell.
She is survived by her brother, Fred Powell; six children, Patsy (Ron) Erieg, Nelvin ""Buck"" Ladner, Sherilyn Fay Ladner, Gwendolyn ""Gwen"" Ladner, Troy (Sandra) Ladner and Jenny Ladner; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Noon at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Rotten Bayou Cemetery.
