Everett James Farve, Sr, age 84, Perkinston, went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2014, in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Belton Farve, and a daughter, Gloria Janell Freeman.
Survivors include his children, Peggy Farve Casteel, Junior Farve, Norma Jean Pollard, and Ronna Mae Savage, a brother, Vermon Favre, 13 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
He retired from Colonial Bread after 20 years and McDermott Shipbuilding. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church and was ordained a deacon at Unity Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 9 - 11 am on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, at Bible Baptist Church, Dedeaux Rd., Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 11 am in the church.
Burial will be in the Free Church of God Cemetery.
