Evelyn Rose Richardson

Evelyn Rose Richardson, age 90, of Jackson, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Olevia (Ladnier) Larkowski; her brother, Thomas Larkowski; her daughter, Donna Wade; and her grandson, Marshall Nicol.

Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Diane Atchison and Debbie Nicol; grandchildren, Misty Kluck, Elicia (Scott) King, and Thomas (Natalie) Ham; great-grandchildren, Kala Johnson, Tessa Kluck, Scarlett King, Ellie King, Dean King, and Olivia Ham; as well as her great-great-grandchildren, Teddy Johnson and Dorothy Johnson.

Evelyn had a passion for gardening and was well known for the beautiful yard she lovingly tended. She found great joy in spending time with her family and especially loved watching her grandchildren play. In quieter moments, she enjoyed reading novels, crafting, cooking, and the art of homemaking, which she approached with both care and creativity.

Her love will continue to be felt across the five generations she leaves behind.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Live Oak Cemetery in Saucier, MS.
