Evelyn Wedgeworth Locklin, age 94, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in Gulfport.
She was a lifelong resident of Gulfport where she retired from the Mississippi State Port Authority.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marzelle and Eva Dedeaux Wedgeworth; brother, Charles Wedgeworth; husband, Charles Locklin, Sr.; son, Richard Michael Locklin; grandson, J. Scott Locklin.
She is survived by her son, Dr. Charles Locklin and wife Dianne of San Antonio, TX; granddaughter, Faith Tuite; daughter, Janis Locklin of Gulfport; grandsons, JoJo McGhee, Michael McGhee; niece, Sherry Wedgeworth.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, May 31, 2018 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will begin at 10:30AM until service at the funeral home. A burial will follow the service at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Samaritans Purse.
