Evan Michael ""Bubba"" Forsythe, age 21, of Kiln, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in Kiln, MS.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Forsythe.
He is survived by his mother, Jackie Caccimelio of Kiln, MS; his sister, Blake Forsythe of Kiln, MS; his nephew, Jalen and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
The visitation will be Wednesday, January, 23, 2013 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 PM at the Faith Assembly of God Church, 18701 Mississippi 43, Kiln, MS. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM. The family would like to have everyone join them for fellowship and nourishment after the service, in the church hall.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in his name has been established at any Hancock Bank location.
